Do candidates pay anything?
No. HOAHire is a recruiting firm (private personnel service). Free to candidates. Employers pay a flat fee when a placement starts.
What is the work-style profile?
A roughly 20-minute set of questions and a short first-day simulation. It shows strengths across four areas. It is advisory only and never the only reason for a decision.
Can I get an accommodation?
Yes. An accessible version and accommodations are available with no penalty. Just ask.
Who sees my results?
HOAHire staff. Employers only see a short summary, and only after you agree to share it.
Will you tell me which company is hiring?
We share the employer and role once that employer has signed a job order with us. Before that, you're in our general talent pool.
How much does it cost employers?
Our introductory launch rate is $5,000 per placement with a 90-day replacement guarantee.
