Before you begin

What this is. A short work-style profile for early-career, people-facing roles: statements about how you work, everyday work scenarios, two quick number questions, and one short simulation. It is one part of the hiring process, not a clinical or medical test, and a person always makes the decision.

About the simulation. One task is a short “first day” simulation. It may include a built-in problem, such as a link or form that doesn't work, because we want to see how you handle it. Anything inside the shaded simulation frame is part of the exercise. If something outside the frame breaks, use “Report a technical problem.” You will never lose points for reporting a problem. Your actions in the simulation are logged. Nothing you write is sent to anyone.

Who sees what. You'll see your profile on four areas. HOAHire recruiters see a summary to plan your interview. Nothing is shared with employers in this prototype.

Accommodations. If you use a screen reader, keyboard only, or other assistive technology, or need extra time or breaks, choose the accessible version below or skip the simulation. Either choice carries no penalty; we score you from the other sections. Timing is never used to score you.
